All unused treatments purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. The refunded amount will be credited to your account. Please note that all sales are final during the promotion period, and no exchanges or refunds will be provided.

All unused products purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. The refunded amount will be credited to your account. Eligible products must be returned in their original condition with all labels and packaging intact. If the product has been used, we cannot issue a refund. We are not responsible for any shipping fees incurred from returns, but customers may return items in-store to avoid shipping fees.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
